Art. 57 of the law No. 23 of 16th June, 1979 concer- ning the referendum for Constitution of the S.D.R. -- HAVING SEEN: HAVING SEEN: Art. 114 of the Constitu- tion of the S.D.R. -- HAVING SEEN: The Approval of the Su- preme Court of the Refe- rendum results for the Con stitution of the S.D.R. da- ted 16th September, 1979. ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE -- Article 1 The Constitution of the Somaii Democratic Republic attached to this Decree shall come into force with effect from 16th September, 1979. -- Article 2 This Decree shall be published in the Official Bulletin of the Somali Democratic Republic.
